Letter from Jeff Groves:

After 13 years of business, I am closing Groves Consulting. This business has introduced me to many wonderful people, wonderful places and wonderful opportunities to learn and grow.

In January of 2012, I have continued my journey of providing Leadership and Interpersonal Skills training in a new role.

I have taken a job as a Regional Leadership Trainer with the NC Community College System. In that role, I will be representing the 17 Community Colleges in the Western Region of NC working with businesses across the state as a part of NC's plan for Economic Development and Growth. What a great purpose, right?

In today's ever changing world, this is an exciting change and I look forward to many wonderful opportunities to continue to learn and grow. We shall see where the journey takes me.
